On October 16, 2007, the Board of Directors of CLST Holdings, Inc. (OTC: Pink Sheets: CLHI) has declared a cash distribution of $0.60 per share on common stock to stockholders of record October 26, 2007. The distribution will be paid no later than November 1, 2007. The Company is pleased to declare this cash distribution earlier than previously anticipated. There may be additional distributions in the future however, there can be no assurance of the timing and amount, if any, of any such distributions.
On June 27, 2007, the Board declared a cash distribution of $1.50 per share. The Company intends to make additional distributions to stockholders as promptly as possible in accordance with the Plan of Dissolution approved by the Stockholders at the Special Meeting of the Stockholders March 28, 2007, but the amount and timing of distributions are subject to uncertainties and depend upon the resolution of contingencies.
